Mill Pond Park & Preserve is a long and narrow 54-acre preserve with a large pond that draws numerous native waterfowl, along with nature trails that wind through a wet woodland with red maple, coast pepperbush and skunk cabbage. Yuck!
Lots of goose poop and rats.. we left immediately.

Nice walk around the pond
You can hear the traffic the entire way around the pond so it is not really a nature walk. But the path only gets close to the road for a short distance and the path is easy to follow. Not so narrow that you cannot walk side by side.

Nice Walk
The boy downside is that the path is very narrow and there is A LOT of geese and duck poop. Otherwise a very nice walk.
