Avoid So-called "dog park"
It used to be a nice place where you could enjoy a nice walk with your dog off leash. Some idiots ruined it now you might as well just walk around your neighborhood or find your own trails somewhere far away from that place!

Rolling hills and woods that are mowed all year long. Great in summer and winter.
