Trout Creek Canyon
Trout Creek Canyon is pet-friendly. This 7.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Helena, Montana features beautiful wild flowers during the season. It's rated moderate, so most canine hikers should be able to enjoy the natural beauty on display. Leashed dogs are welcome, as long as they are cleaned up after.

I take my dog up here once to twice a year. always a good hike with nice views. it’s 3 miles out and back, trail elevation is fairly level the whole way. Do be bear and wildlife aware, I’ve spotted a black bear while hiking here before. I always stop at York bar for food after, their patio is dog friendly
