    Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park

    Malcolm W. Martin Memorial Park is pet-friendly. This public space is situated directly across from the Gateway Arc in St. Louis. The park is home to the Gateway Geyser, the tallest water fountain in the U.S. and the Mississippi River Overlook, which is a viewing tower that offers unprecedented views of the Gateway Arch and downtown St. Louis. Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners along the trails of the park.

      Nice park!

      I got there mid day and had the place to myself. We didn’t stay long because it was hot and my dog doesn’t like trains. It has a nice view and I felt very safe. I also wanted to note that I used the directions posted on the parks website—make sure to do that.

      Great views of the Arch

      Not a dog park but nice park to walk the dog on-leash once you navigate the horrible roads around it. The fountain was not running when we visited. Worth a stop once but I think next time I'll look for another place to stop when traveling through.

      Great view of St Louis

      We visited this park solely for the view of St Louis. The fountain wasn't running. Its dog friendly and we even saw another dog there while we were there.
