Nelson Park is pet-friendly. This five-acre park is situated between Island and Mill Pond Park. Located centrally in Mount Pleasant, it's a great place to bring your pooch for a stroll after visiting downtown. The park features a canoe landing, picnic tables, grills, fishing deck and a modern restroom. Nelson Park is open every day of the week from 8am to 10pm.
