  Great walk to the waterfall!

  Park off of the parking lot on Bluff Road and Route 83. It is about 1.5 miles to walk down to the waterfall, up to the overlook, and back to the car!

  A very hot trail

  In 75-80 degree weather, this is a SUPER hot trail. Not much shade, we even saw a man with his three dogs and he was carrying one (a Pitbull) back to the parking lot because of the heat. (I’m guessing due to the fact the trail is paved with a chalky dust cement that gets everywhere and the sun reflects directly off of it). It’s a trail heavily used by cyclists and people with motorized bikes, so not a good walk if you have a reactive dog. Wouldn’t take my dog back.

  Beautiful Place

  This place is so beautiful to walk around. We brought out frenchie Ollie (@ollie.bear.the.frenchie) here and he loved it too! So many nice trails to walk and things to see!

  Pup Friendly!

  I took my pup here the other day and this place was very dog friendly. The terrain for the entire 9 mile walk is smooth and should be comfortable for your four-legged friend. He absolutely loved it and the waterfalls have huge stones in them so your dog can actually climb on it and stand there.

  Great!

  Fun place to go for a walk. It is mostly gravel trails, there was one section we had to walk across the road and I was worried about it being too hot for my pups paws! But other than that it’s great! Easy walking trail.

  Walking easy...

  This trail system is easy for my senior dog. Once you know the paths, it's easy to map out a small hike. This trail system can be a great workout if you completed the full loop. Don't forget to admire the waterfall!
