Cook Park Dog Park is a great place to bring your dog for off-leash fun. This 18-acre community park in North Lakeland features a multi-purpose field, walking path, basketball court, modular playground and, most importantly, a dog park area for pups to play freely. Great location
It is kept up nicely. They have put in benches and a covering.

Bare minimum
Lots of room to run but very little shade or places to sit.

No shade
Good sized fenced areas but no shade in the dog park. It's also a bit of a walk from parking to the dog park, which is also full sun. Best early in morning or late evening.

Nice big fenced areas
Separate large and small dog runs. Clean with good gates. Smaller trees so not a lot of shaded areas. A small walk away from the parking lot. No benches nearby.
