Dunns Bridge County Park
Dunns Bridge County Park is pet-friendly. Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners on a pleasant walk alongside and over the Kankakee River. The centerpiece is a locally legendary bridge that is said to have been either constructed out of steel beams salvaged from the 1893 Colombian Worlds Fair in Chicago or was built using pieces of the original Ferris Wheel from the 1904 Worlds Fair. Either way, it's a historical sight to behold for you and your pooch. Dunns Bridge County Park is best accessed during daylight hours.
