Boot Lake Nature Preserve is pet-friendly. This 300-acre space encompass wetland, forest, and prairie habitat. With over 200 species of bird documented here, Fido should bring his binoculars if he enjoys birdwatching. Visitors can enjoy a small picnic pavilion, wetland and prairie overlooks, and four miles of pet-friendly trails through the incredible habitat. Boot Lake Nature Preserve is open every day of the week from 9am to 6pm.
