    Avoid Peak Time

Great facility but bad dog owners are a problem - they don't pickup after their dog or keep their dogs under control. Try to come very early or later in the day. There is enough lighting to use even after the sun is down.

Cone of shame for owner non-involvement needed

Brought Our 10 month old Golden Retriever here to let out some energy. We normally go to our town dog park, but we were evacuated due to fires. We ended up staying nearby . All he likes to do is run after the ball we throw and bring it back to do again, and again and again. On our second visit Sat evening about 7 pm he was attacked by a very large black dog. Our guy tried to get away several times by chasing his ball and returning to our feet, but the other dog was relentless. No owner in sight. The attacker went after our pup ended up injuring him we would find out after leaving the park. The attack stopped when the dogs owner pulled him off our guy. He didn’t ask if our crying pup was hurt or say sorry . The dog went on to attack another dog while we were there. We got back to ou hotel and found a bloody puncture wound on our pups chest! Needless to say many hours and dollars later our guy is wearing the cone of shame with a couple of staples in his tooth puncture wound. How do we get bad dog owners to not spoil things for everyone else?

    Great Park - Nice People

Noche & I stopped by this park after dropping my phone off for repair nearby. It's got a great walking path around the park that you can use while your pup plays. Shaded spots to stand in, nice breeze coming off the lake. People were very friendly. Didn't notice a smell since I had my mask on.

    Fremont central park

Nice park. Live our pack that my dogs play with. Good socializing
Few problem lazy people who don’t pickup after their dogs and a few people need to learn manners. All in all a good park

    never again

Fake grass, tons of stains and steamy piles. Rusty dog training equipment. Smells terrible.

A mellow place for dogs to run

My 8 month old terrier and I came to the park today. The owners were very friendly and the dogs were having fun....
I stepped in dog doo in the small dog side (gross) and the large dog side was filled with Pee and stains from poop, some too watery for their owners to clean up (gross).

    Great for stretching legs

Oct 2014 We have stopped here twice while on a trip. Not real grass - but easy to see any poop not picked up. Our dog was a bit shy so she didn't play. Saw many others running playfully.

    Awsome

This is a wonderful park for off leash dogs to spend the day. Our Georgia Coonhound made a lot of new friends in the 9 days we spent visiting our son and family. The town did a wonderful job and the folks in the morning group are very friendly.
