First time at a dog beach and it was awesome! These are my people. My puppy got alot of socialization and the owners of other pups are so friendly!!
Note since we were a little confused at first. The dog beach is on the far left. So you'll see a beach full of people just keep walking. There's a rock looking dog in the middle In the water that's kind of the dividing line!

Our first visit was a happy surprise. The beach is huge and not crowded at noon on a hot Saturday. our dogs had a great time and we even caught a bit of the nearby Air Show. will plan more visits now that we know where to go.

My family regularly takes our dog Seamus there in the summer. Seamus loved every minute of being on the beach. He swims out and plays fetch and on the trip home he sleeps like a rock. There are some dogs the seem to roam free without supervision of their owners but everyone is watching out for the dogs.

Wonderful park to walk the dogs, right by Lake Erie. Moxie and Tonks especially enjoyed exploring the rocks by the lake. However, we were confused about the rules regarding the beach. Posters say no dogs allowed on the beach or in the water - yet there were quite a few dogs on the beach and in the water. We played by the rules and kept ours in the park. Either way, it was a lovely outing.
- TinaJul 18, 2021Fun day!
Loved his 1st time swimming! Fun day however you still have those annoying people wherever you go that let their dogs run wild… run up to everyone that walks by, and act like its fine… however whenever another dog attacks theres bc they are all over the place I am sure it will be someone else's fault!
These people are the ones gonna get the place shut down bc they have no respect for the people arnd them.
