I was in Lowe’s today and a dog who is on a leash but was not under control almost bit me and there wasn’t a manager in the store and none of the employees did anything about it. they said they’re their policy is dogs are allowed. Lucky I didn’t get bit. I will not be shopping at Lowe’s any longer.
