  Not really a dog park

  I'm not sure how or why this little strip of land beside a major roadway was designated a "dog park," but it hardly meets the criteria. It is a tiny, wooded lot ... more like a median strip... with a short strip of fence on only one side. Might be an ok place for residents in that neighborhood to let their dogs relieve themselves on walks, but other than that there is nothing there. It is open to the neighborhood on three sides, and any dog taller than a dachshund would clear the fence by the roadway, a major thoroughfare with heavy car and truck traffic.
