    Bennington Battle Monument

    Bennington Battle Monument is pet-friendly. Standing over 306ft tall, the monument was completed and dedicated in 1891 and constructed from blue-grey magnesian limestone. Commemorating the Battle of Bennington in the Revolutionary War, the trails and grounds surrounding the monument welcome leashed dogs to explore with their owners. The Monument is open Friday through Monday from 10am to 5pm. Visit Website

      Beautiful views!!

      They allowed us to bring our dog up the monument elevator to view the top! (If they are very busy with many people you may not be able to bring your dog up the elevator though, we went on a less busy day) The views were absolutely breathtaking, an absolute must see!!
