The dog park is located at the north end of Timber Linn Park, south of Dogwood Avenue and the Linn County Expo Center. It features 2.3 acres of fenced open space, separate areas for small and large dogs, drinking water station for dogs and their humans in each area, dog waste bag dispensers, trash receptacles, and ample shade. Big park, watch out for foxtail
this is a great park. lots of space to run, water, friendly dogs and owners, shade, etc, but there was a LOT of dried foxtail. it was cut pretty short, but it was still present through the entire back half with long enough barbs that they could cause trouble. I have a couple friends that had expensive ER visits due to foxtail, so maybe I’m just overly sensitive based on their experience. otherwise it was a pretty nice park.
