Gay Head Lighthouse is pet-friendly. The lighthouse was originally build in 1799, and had to be moved in 1844 to avoid erosion of the cliffs. Enjoy coastal views with your canine. Beautiful views
There is lots of open space to walk your dog. There is not much shade in area and it can be very warm in summer for dogs. It’s fine if your staying in area but difficult if traveling from ferry for day.
