My dog is dying. Thanks.
For years I have taken my dog to Asheville Outlets but now ownership has changed to Tanger Outlets and I am being told that my dog is ruining the flowers. He has bladder cancer and is barely able to urinate. He only dribbles. When I suggested using a dog spray that deters dogs urinating I am told they are on a budget. So I guess their budget will get even tighter now. If you want to say something to dog owners post a sign around the flower gardens. Don't just pick on one dog.
