  There are many signs along the beach area saying no pets, along with no glass containers or grills. But many people grill right at the edge of the beach (grass), so we thought it might be okay to have our dog at the edge too. Saw some others with dogs and nobody talked to us about it. There did seem to be a small area or two which were actually pet-friendly, but they looked like less desirable beach areas.

  brought the dogs there for a place to cool off and take a dip. We had a blast! Heads up though the beach is a a dog-friendly beach, not a dog-beach and can get very busy with people, so note that it is not an off-leash environment and your pups may get a lot of attention from the kiddos.
