  Big partially fenced park. Off leash

  This is a large space for your dog to run with shaded areas.
  Be aware that the park is not fully fenced (maybe 75%) so if your pup needs to be in a fully enclosed dog park this is not for them.
  We went there a couple of time while overnight in Winnemucca - and thought it was great for our dog

  Leash laws

  Although this is a dog friendly park it’s not a “dog park”. Local leash laws still apply. Not everyone using the park wants a visit from a dog. Some people may have allergic reactions to dogs or may not like dogs. Please be respectful and keep your pets leashed and by you so that the privilege of having our dogs with us at this park isn’t terminated.

  Tons of grass!

  There is large grassy area and a pet station in this mostly fenced park. There’s also a playground for kiddos and restrooms. the water fountain wasn’t working when we were there so make sure to bring water with you

  Great space, lovely grass

  Huge open space that is mostly fenced. Has a dog bag station. Many local dogs were there for a run.
