Whitaker Point Trail
Whitaker Point Trail is pet-friendly. High above the Buffalo River lies one of Arkansas’ greatest natural sights, Hawksbill Crag. To reach this picture “pawfect” spot, you’ll need to hike along the pet-friendly Whitaker Point Trail, a popular 3 mile out-and-back trail. The payoff is a magnificent slice of sandstone that juts out high above the trees and offers incredible views of the Ozark National Forest for miles around.
