PAWS Dog Park

PAWS Dog Park is a large, pet-friendly park located in Anderson, SC. Occupying the open space alongside Anderson County PAWS Campus Animal Shelter, Fido is sure to appreciate stretching his legs in one of the eight fully-fenced off-leash play areas. Creatively designed and shaped into two giant paw prints, the largest sections are reserved for social dogs who are eager to make new friends. Meh
It's okay but my dogs seem to prefer the other park in Anderson more. This one just has small fenced in areas with plain grass. No trees or rocks or anything for the dogs to sniff and investigate. And without any trees, there's zero shade and it gets extremely hot during the summer. My oldest dog has black fur and doesnt do well without some shade trees around. Still I'm sure its great for the shelter dogs to have a place to get out.

Great park!
My dog had a blast there. It would be great if more community members visited with their dogs to help shelter dogs socialize and get adopted. It’s an amazing park with great amenities. It’s a must visit.

Great
I’m fostering to adopt one of the P.A.W.S dogs and I’ve been to this park. Even in winter the area was clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. I enjoyed taking the dog out to the paws park.
