Abingdon Dog Park
Located on the grounds of Harry L. Coomes Recreation Center is Abingdon Dog Park. Established for four-legged residents and visitors to Abingdon, VA, this fully-fenced one-acre park is ideal for off leash play. A double-gated transition area leads into a run designated for small breeds, and the park also has benches, pet waste stations and trash cans. A water fountain provides hydration in warmer months and operates from May 1st to October 1st.
