  Good Spot To Blow Off Energy

  We visited Jordan Park for the first time, and Maverick seemed to enjoy the openness of the enclosed dog park. We had to wander for a bit to find it, but it’s located in the northwest corner of the park. There are a couple of agility pieces and park benches throughout, but overall it’s fairly open. Size-wise, I’d say about half a football field. There is a poop bag station by the north entrance, but it was empty, so it’s advisable to bring your own. Bonus/free bags if full! We will come back again.

  Great spot

  SLC recently redid this dog park and I really love it. It’s got plenty of room for my dog to run around and there’s often something going on at the park for me to do (last time I was here there was a rugby game going on that I watched

  Live Close

  I live close so it is very convenient. The off leash part is functioning. I just wish there were a lot more trees. It does have a very nice sidewalk that surrounds the puppy play area and is nice to speed walk while your dog plays.

  We'll go back :)

  I liked the fact that there are two areas so it can stay open while they do any work on the other one. There were also some community balls to play fetch with. It's a little small, but not bad. It was great place for me to take my pup and practice some of her obedience training with distractions.

  No longer usable.

  I went here and found that the off leash part of the park is no longer functioning.
