Rockaway Beach is New York City's only legal surfing beach, making it a top attraction in Queens, NY. Fido doesn't need a surfboard to enjoy a day in the sun. Leashed dogs are welcome on the beach and the pet-friendly boardwalk. Pet owners must have proof of current dog license and rabies vaccination.
