    Great for everyone!

The water area was fenced off from the large and small dog area but easily accessible through the gates! so if you don’t want your dog wet there’s still lots of room to run. lots of grass and shade trees!

Nice fenced dog park off of I 70

Great place for the dogs to roam with water. I carry my own poop bag but they might have them also. The Park had a bathroom although it's not near the dog area..

    Nice Park, Nice Dogs

Took our large dog for some much needed socialization- great crowd and all the dogs respected boundaries and played well.

Water stations don’t work, bring your own water. There is a pond across the lot, but it does have algae and some litter, fyi.

    Nice but muddy when wet

Right off i-70. Three fenced areas. Most of the grass has disappeared and becomes muddy when wet. Probable shade - it was overcast. Good stop though.

    Convenient to I-70

only negative is noise from I-70 but that’s why it’s great for traveling pups. Middle park was closed and we didn’t want muddy pups from the large park’s pond back in our vehicle because we’re traveling.

Watch out for Google and Apple Maps both showing park on the North of I-70…it’s on the South within the full Canyon View park.

    Wow!

This dog park is HUGE! Three separate fenced areas, one for small dogs and two for large. One of the large has a pond in it. It was clean, shady and part of a nice, large park that we also walked on the paved path.

    Great!

We stopped here while passing through the city giving my pup much needed Tun time. He LOVED it. The small side was chained off so I was a little Leary going into the bigger side with my little 25lb pup but everyone was super nice and the dogs were well behaved and my pup had a great time!

    Perfect stop for road trips

Great Location. It’s right off I70 which made it a great pit stop for me and my dog on our way to Salt Lake City. Multiple different areas for your dog to go. even has a little pond if you don’t mind getting wet. could be larger but it’s perfect for the purpose it serves.

    Great location for travelers!

We stopped here on our way out of CO toward UT. It's a very convenient location. There was a lot of space and when we arrived we had the entire park to ourselves. There were some weird fluorescent green mud puddles, but otherwise this was a nice spot to relax while our pup stretched his legs.

I go here often, since my dog was a puppy

This park is great, I haven't met any bad owners or dogs sometimes dog don't get along... Sorry but dogs are animals and even the most well behaved dogs can growl, nip even bite.

I rarely see it, it's usually just dogs playing, setting up their hierarchy maybe. I've seen tiny dogs and xl dogs play perfectly fine with each other.

Make sure your pup is vaccinated especially going to a dog park.

It has always been clean since I've gone, beautiful park. There are three sections if two dogs don't get along move to another section.

    Solid Park

The Girl and I visited this park today (8Nov16). It's a solid dog park with three areas, one for small/senior dogs and two for larger/active dogs. At 1000 hours there were a few packs there, but we had one area all to ourselves.

It's pretty clean, the fence is in good condition, and the entry is via air-lock, which helps with the transitional space. There's plenty of room and the city provides poo-bags for policing up after you pup.

I don't know why people get so worked up about pits. Don't pay attention to those reviews.

We did stay away from the water area, but that was mostly because my Girl doesn't like the water all that much. I wouldn't want her drinking from any unknown water source anyway. We have had our encounter with leptospirosis.

Parasite infested & irresponsible dog owners

Initially, I was thrilled to find this park. That is until my dog got giardia TWICE and kennel cough from our visits. My vet informed me that at least 50% of patients was a result of this park. Irresponsible owners abound & oblivious to their dogs attacking my puppy several times. They are mostly locals. Also many don't pick up after their dogs so watch your step. It's large but the pond is a cesspool of parasites and bacteria.

    Traveling Dogs

This is a good park to let your dogs get some exercise on a long road trip. It is located right off I-70 which makes it a must for a break in the road trip. There are two areas one for large dogs and one for small dogs.

    awesome park!

Great dog park with plenty of green space for both big and small dogs, all fenced off. The bonus for us was a stream/pond in the middle that our tap dogs learned to swim in! Nice people, great views, right off 70.

    Spacious park

Located in a new community park just off the highway, its the perfect 'rest area' for dogs & humans alike. The pond area was very popular and full of friendly pooches.

    Nice run

The dog park has three fenced areas - including a small dog area. One of the areas has a small water reservoir. Large enough for Fido to swim. While traveling through, it was a nice stop for Fido to stretch their legs and even take a swim.
