NOT OFF LEASH
Herman Frank's is an off leash park kitty corner to Liberty Park. It is within walking distance. LIBERTY PARK IS NOT OFF LEASH. Please leash your animals.

Plenty of space!
Liberty Park is massive with lots of space to take your dogs. Tons of mature trees with plenty of shade, lots of trash cans, bathrooms and access to water fountains. There’s even a dog water fountain near the Tracy Aviary!
It is NOT off leash, there are a number of things to do in the park and it does get busy during peak times (lunch, after work, etc).

the search was for "off leash parks", then this one came up. not good.

Not a good place for dogs
Too many kids, cops and other owners with pit bulls that dont want to control their dogs.
