Amazing Park
This park is one of the nicest places around. Very much a community park for those in the area, but outside dogs and their humans are always welcome, no matter who they are.
Each owner there keeps watch on their dogs, but also are on the lookout for everyone else's. If a dog gets a little crazy, the owner walks their dogs out.
That said, this is one of the most popular parks in the area. Decent sized, and no matter what time of the year it is, Puptown gets popular with other dogs.
Water and bags can be supplied at times, but don't rely on it in the winter. The community keeps it up most of the time.
Outside of that, the park is well-gated and is an awesome outdoor park.
