  Not safe for small dogs

  It's not safe for small dogs! They do not follow the rules & there are large dogs in the small dog area. My little dog was attacked a few different times & they did nothing about it. People refuse to follow the rules. Several of people including myself will not go there anymore because of this. We all live close by but are forced to go to Nashota or Minooka dog park. Which are very nice & the park rangers enforce the rules there. The parks aren't as big though. It's really too bad they can't get some of those park rangers from the other dog parks to do something about this. 😔 On the upside it is a very nice area, beautiful nature!

  Great park

  wonderful dog areas! the small dog area still had snow and not much mud. However, our girls are too tall to be allowed in that one and the large dog park was nothing but mud. Still the pups had fun, just wish I hadn’t bathed them two days ago then brought them here lol.

  The best dog park

  Has a small dog section that is as big as most dog parks. Has a large dog section completely separate from the small dog area. Both sections are absolutely huge. Plenty of acres for the dogs to run and play. There are lots of bushes and tall grass areas for them to get lost in. The walking trails are wide and usually not muddy. There is also a dog swimming area just a bit further in the park at the lake. The cost of an anual park pass pays for itself in a few days time. They obviously put the money to good use within this park. It is amazing. We have spent hours at a time in this park. We go daily.
