- VivianSep 8, 2023Nice little park
Free park, shade and drinking water available. Nice for a quick stop. Plenty of parking and fairly accessible off freeway.

Maxwell is divided into 3 sections. one for large dogs, small dogs, and another “exercise” area to play fetch. each park has its own water fountain and 1 to 2 trash cans at the entrance. large and medium area have 2 park benches. large and small area have big umbrellas for shade. the park is relatively small but does the job to let dogs run and play.

Maxwell Park is large. To find the dog park, go west on Gregory until it ends. Plenty of room to run, fresh water fountain, and benches for the humans.

If our dog wasn't so specific about "his" ball, it would be ball heaven here. Dog water fountain, balls everywhere, fenced area, couple trees for shade, couple benches for people. Nice area.

We stopped on our way through town. It is very small and be careful because there is poop EVERYWHERE! We only stayed for 20 minutes but the people seemed friendly and the dogs were well behaved.
