    Anza Trail

This has always been a great hike. I have always done it as a out and back trip.
I have always started from Tubac. The trail runs along the Santa Cruz River. Now I would not let my dog get in or drink the water. As water from the sewer treatment system in Nogales, Mexico runs through it. Sometimes there are signs telling people not to use the water or get in it but sometimes people take the signs.
Other than that there’s plenty of shade and lots of birds to see. Tubac has lots of places to eat great food and stores to shop.
The Tumacacori Mission is a must see. So much history to see.
