Pretty large area and they have it sectioned off into two areas now, but the areas aren't marked. When I was there it was kind of small/timid on one side and large/active the other. There are definitely regulars here but our interaction with them was fine other than one owner didn't go pick up her dog's poop bc she was too lazy to walk out to it.
Mostly just an open field (fully fenced) with seating and a little bit of shade. - ElizabethDec. 15, 2019Aggressive dogs
We had a pretty bad experience there this morning. My puppy was rolled on his back by 3 large dogs nipping at him as soon as we entered and only one of their owners came over to call their dogs off. When I said something, he said "um yeah that's what they do at a dog park" - really? They ambush new visitors and no one is watching their dogs? Some dogs were even in the park while their owners were over at the adjacent playground not watching their dogs. Horrible experience.

Lately there has been more and more bad owners here. People should not bring their dogs to parks if they are aggressive/unvaccinated!!
My golden caught kennel cough here and we will not be returning, let alone the few aggressive dogs that go from time to time with their owners no where to be found.
There is no such thing as a bad dog; just bad owners! - EricaMore than a year agoGreat space
Huge space to run around in. Wish it was broken up into two spaces for different sized dogs and it was pretty muddy to get to. I went in april. But i would recommend it if you live near it

What a wonderful surprise! Had no idea this amazing park was here and the fenced area for dogs was fantastic. Big and equipped with everything you could need. The dual gate system was safe & great.

I have been there on several occasions and have had a great experience. It can be pretty muddy during the rainy months (no bark chips), but its a good size for both large and small dogs to roam and run free/play catch. Bags and water are provided. Has a nice sized playground nearby also, if you have kids.
