The Orilla Verde Recreation Area is a dog-friendly site in Pilar, NM. You'll be sure to capture plenty of photos of Fido, as this area is located near the Rio Grande! This area includes hiking trails, campgrounds, picnic tables, and restrooms. The hiking trails are steep and can be strenuous, so make sure to have plenty of hydration for you and your pup. Pets must be leashed at all times.
