Gatineau Park

Gatineau Park in Gatineau, QC is pet friendly. The largest green space in the region is also the second most-visited park in Canada, and a great place to bring your pooch for an afternoon stroll. Leashed dogs are permitted to explore most of the trails in the park, except four which are clearly marked as not dog-friendly. Highlights for hiking hounds include the Sugarbush Trail, Lauriault Trail, Pioneers Trail and Capital Pathway, all of which are open to dogs and their owners year-round.
