Gone there 4 times now, at various times, most I've ever seen are 3 dogs in the small enclosure and 4 in the large. Last time I went, Saturday Aug. 19 at 10:30AM to 11:15AM - both dog enclosures were deserted. Naturally, I got the best parking spot. I did see several people walking their dogs through the lush, grassy sports fields. There are two benches, installed just far enough from the trees to avoid being shaded. Wish they'd either move the seating to under the trees or put up a ramada over the tables. A little shade would attract a lot more people and pets. Heck, I'd happily pay admission for a slightly upgraded facility. Otherwise - water fountain for both man & beast, cleanup brooms and pans, garbage cans, fencing, parking - it's a very nice park.
