Aiken Dog Park

Bring your pup to the Aiken Dog Park, the best place to run around, socialize and have some fun in Aiken, SC. This dog park spans more than two acres and offers two grassy areas, one for pups under 30 pounds and one for dogs of all sizes. There is also a wading pool, pavilions, benches and drinking fountains. While the park is open to residents and non-residents, all dogs must be spayed or neutered and a member to use the facility. Bring a copy of Fido's vet records to the Albrecht Center to register. Please note a yearly membership fee is required. Visit Website

Fees
Nice park however; we moved here from back west and we have NEVER heard of a dog park charging fees to get into. $50 a year no matter if you register in January or October (will not give you a discount if registering later in the year) is kind of BS.
Just a money grab from the older population of Aiken as that is what a majority of the people that go there are.

Nice looking, be prepared to pay fees and have vet records.
It is a nice looking park, but if you’re just visiting the area be prepared to have all vaccine records and proof of spay or neuter. We came on a whim and realized we’d have to pay a membership. I was willing to pay depending on the cost, but I didn’t bring vet records with me. I’m responsible and my pets are vaccinated and spayed, but didn’t realize I’d need to bring proof to a dog park…
