James Hunter Dog Park

Bring Fido to blow off some steam at James Hunter Dog Park in Arlington, VA. This large, fenced-in dog park welcomes off-leashed dogs to run around, socialize and have some fun! There is a wading pool with a large rock waterfall for your dogs to cool off after a long play session. You will also find plenty of seating for pet parents. Please note it is closed for maintenance on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Visit Website

It’s a nice size park with seating, water to drink and a splash area during the summer. It’s well fenced in and very convenient although parking can be tricky. It’s too hot in blaring summer time but nice in other seasons.
