Leelanau State Park
Leelanau State Park is a pet-friendly recreation area covering 1,350 acres on the Leelanau Peninsula in Northport, MI. The park has two sections; the north includes the day-use area, Grand Traverse Lighthouse, and rustic campground, and the southern side features a trail system (Cathead Bay) and a sandy beach that can be accessed from the Lake Michigan Trail. There is also an interactive playground and a picnic area with a pavilion, offering a day of fun for the whole family.
