Leashed dogs are welcome to join you to experience U-Dig Fossils: Quarry, a pet-friendly attraction near Delta, UT. Fido can watch as you dig and uncover fossilized marine life from a prehistoric era. This attraction opens seasonally between March and October, but summer temperatures for this outdoor activity may not be suitable for dogs. Lots of fun for our family
We were able to take our two dogs, on leash, to this trilobite fossil quarry.
There’s a lot of BLM camping nearby if you come prepared. You NEED to bring lots of water. This is the Utah west desert, bring more than enough for you and your companion.
We have a Saint, it’s in advisable to bring these dogs past April, I would say.
The staff was super friendly with my big old dog. They gave him lots of loves.
