    Enjoyable

the pet parents have been welcoming to me and my two pups. we have been enjoying this park and going daily while we visit the area. My pups enjoy the grass and have been making friends. I also have been enjoying connecting with the pet parents here who have been welcoming to me.

Ignorant Senior RUINING this DOG PARK

I do not believe that with age comes entitlement to break the rules to serve one's own purpose to the potential harm of others. But that is EXACTLY what's happening at this dog park where combative old folks bring their oversize large dogs into the small dog side of the park, only to pounce on the small doggies who want to play there.

Spoke to the local police who seem to do nothing. Does one have to take this to the press and social media to shame those offenders into doing the right thing here?

Decent dog park, not family friendly.

The grass is dead, lots of cute pups, but this place is not family friendly. Most of the patrons are 55+ and most are really irritated by kids, no matter how polite the kids are. If you have kids of any age, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

    Nice Park, Some Bad Owners

THe small dog park is great - shade, grass, nice size. Unfortunately the 2 times I was there a few owners did not play nice- did not pick up after their dog, brought big dogs into small dog area, and ignored their dog’s bad behavior and instead just looked at their phone. Other owners were friendly and great. One person brought a big white dog into small dog area and the person I was chatting with said big white dog had grabbed her dog by the throat. That was when I left. Too bad dogs can’t train their owners.

Come early for a good place. Grass is dead, but still good for a roll pr two.

    friendly group

Really big area for the dogs to run around. Very nice area, no grass though which is the only downside. The humans are also very friendly.

    No grass, but friendly dogs/people

Although none of the dogs (five or six) there the day we were there knew how to play or wanted to play with other dogs, it wasn't a bad experience. The dogs were all focused on fetching and sometimes retrieving balls for their owners and didn't care about interacting with other dogs at all. This is better than violent or aggressive interaction, but still not all that it could be.
