Jared's Dog Park

Jared's Dog Park is an off-leash park located within Roosevelt Forest which is accessible to Stratford, CT residents only. The park has a separate area for small dogs, and beautiful trees and large boulders for inquisitive pups of all sizes to investigate. Features also include fountains, comfortable benches for humans, pet waste stations, and agility obstacles. A supply of tennis balls and frisbees is usually available. Jared's Dog Park is open to Stratford residents. Visit Website

Best in Show!
Jared's Dog Park is one of the nicest parks around, in a beautiful shady forest setting with plenty of room for pups to run and rocks for them to explore. The pups are very nice, and so are their humans. Open to Stratford residents only, it's a good opportunity to meet other dog-lovers for conversation while the pups are playing. Clean and well-maintained, with many regular visitors doing their part to help the volunteers keep dog waste cans emptied; they are never overflowing!
