Howarth Park
Everett, WA, is home to the pet-friendly Howarth Park! Leashed dogs are welcome to join their owners for a stroll through the park which features picnic facilities, walking trails, a playground, tennis courts, a lookout point and more. Fido is welcome to visit their long beach area, where he can play off-leash in the water.
