    Over Grown

My dog and I decided to check this park out a few years ago...We haven't been back because its way too over grown, the trails and the dog park. Not to mention the state of the dog park....the fencing is not even up in places, over grown vegetation, ticks every where. There are way nicer places to go.

    Was very disappointing

Was very disappointing no one was there.A long trail before you actually hit the fenced in area, the fenced in area was so over grown and tick filled . Then keep walking and get to this river with a highway on the other side filled with snapper turtles and the other trail was really thick with poison ivy in fact all of the trails poison ivy . There is also a big field a little playground for kids and a porter potty in the parking lot . Was really hoping for something better.

Great Fenced Area - Better Surrounding Trails!

My husband and I recently adopted two dogs from a shelter down South. While looking to get to know out great ladies we ventured to my childhood hometown of Raymond. There were were surprised and delighted to discover the Riverside Dog Park! The fenced area is special, in that it is a bit overgrown with weeds and trees - but this provides shade and wilderness for your pups to get lost and tired :D in! Also, surrounding the 1 acre fenced area are some wonderful New Hampshire trails for walking on leash (and if your dogs stay close, off leash) there is even a run off area from the Lamprey River to fill up doggie water dishes or go for a quick dip.

I must encourage you to visit this great, peaceful area. Enjoy!
