    Would Not Recommend

Most owners don’t watch their dogs, nor do they have even basic training. Many dogs are unvaccinated, sick, aggressive, or have resource guarding issues with toys and treats. Small children run rampant and the park itself is incredibly disappointing.

    I'll pass next time

Although the park is a good size there was several mud puddles and dog owners were not watching their pets. One large pit bull was aggressive and was bullying all the dogs in the park and even tried attacking my dog while the owner just stood back and watched. Pet owners at this park did not seem very responsible. Not the park for me.

    Not a Desired park

Despite the 5-10 visits that i have had at this park, it's now on my "dont go" list. There are many aggresive and mean dogs that go to this park. The pet parents of these animals dont seem to care , or just take a "there just dogs" attitude. The grounds are nearly "without" grass. Shade trees are very few and only help late in the day. Parking can be an issue depending on the day and time. Overall, i give it D-. the entire park needs to be overhauled and re-thought out. I realize that there is no money because of the city , but , make it right or get rid of it!

    Used to be excellent

That being said, pet owners are bring very young children to "picnic" in the small dog area. leaving trash, (peanut shells, candy wrappers, gum, multiple dog treats) scattered about. Some dogs have allergies or medical problems...so this once very nice park is now off limits to them. Why must the dogs suffer for the ignorance and bad manners of the humans. IT IS NOT THEIR PARK!!!!!

    owners don't pay attention

This is a beautiful park however The owners that take their dogs to this park pay zero attention to their dogs. My dog was attacked by another dog here and I was able to stop it fairly quickly the owner blew me off and denied it even happen. I had to take my dog to the emergency vet and she got 5 staples. Never going back

    Sorely Lacking Shade & seating

I frequent all the local dog parks. This one is very pretty, but needs some fast growing shade trees planted. It comes equipped with a pooper scooper & small rake that makes it easy to clean up after a dog. Other than that, I guess it's OK. I have only used the small dog part of the park.

    Aggressive Dog Hangout

The park is nice, the agility course is great however I have to nix this dog park because of the aggressive dogs that are brought there.

There is one man who is there all the time. He is a disabled man in one of those walkers that you can turn around and sit in. His Old Large Brindle Mix is Super aggressive and he is there all the time , usually with some other aggressive dog owners in tow. His old grouchy dog will greet you while you get out of your car with barks and snarls. The old man will usually try to pick the side where other dogs are not around because he KNOWs his dog is mean! I was alone in the agility side today and there were more dogs in the big dog regular area, so he came over and the lady with him who had a blue pit automatically started picking a fight with my Labrador. This happens every time although I have learned to avoid him. I was really working with my dog in agility and they came over and took over the place. We usually leave when they arrive but why do we have to suffer because they have aggressive dogs!?

    Worth the drive!

Beautiful park! nice and grassy- my only complaint is that there isn't alot of shade on those HOT california days. I absolutely love that there is a "do-it-yourself" agility park attached to the park! Very convenient
