Whirlpool State Park
Leashed dogs are welcome at Whirlpool State Park, a pet-friendly recreation space in Niagara Falls, NY. The park is divided into a street level with numerous observation spots and a lower level where the Whirlpool Rapids Trail leads past the Whirlpool to a point along the Whirlpool Rapids.
