Located at the Heritage Harbor community in Ottawa, IL, River Run Dog Park offers ample room for dogs to enjoy some off-leash fun. The fenced park is divided into two separate areas, one for small pups and one for larger canines 30 pounds and over. Waste bags and disposal stations are provided for your convenience. Needs improvement
This dog park could be awesome if it was better maintained. People do not pick up their poop. And the person that mows the lawn runs over tennis balls so there are tennis ball pieces sometimes.
Also we were excited about a fountain that was going in and when they put it in the fountain is on the outside of the park.
