Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge
Kootenai National Wildlife Refuge, a pet-friendly recreation area in Bonners Ferry, ID, welcomes pups to explore with their owners. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are only permitted on the Auto Tour Road (ATR). This 4.5-mile trail offers parkgoers a space to drive, walk, bicycle, snowshoe, and ski throughout the refuge.
