    It's okay

    I've gone to Rock Creek park and I guess it's okay. But dogs MUST be on leash. So, it's not the best place to go if you want your dog to be off leash. Even if dogs were allowed off leash, it's close to the highway.

    It's a lovely area, but you need to note that dogs must be on leashes in Rock Creek Park. It's the law.
