City of Cuernavaca Park
Located on the banks of the South Platte River in Denver, CO, the City of Cuernavaca Park welcomes leashed dogs. The park features picnic pavilions, open lawns, naturalistic vegetation and a rock sculpture. Abandoned railway trestle bridges link both sides of the river and allow bicycle and pedestrian use. The eighteen-mile-long South Platte River trail connecting the towns of Thornton and Englewood passes through the park on the southern bank.
