Lincoln Homestead State Park
Bring Fido to the dog-friendly Lincoln Homestead State Park in Springfield, KY. Leashed furry friends are welcome at this state park, which is the original home of Lincoln's mother. Now, visitors will find replicas of the 1782 cabin and blacksmith shop, where President Lincoln's father learned his trade. There are also opportunities for picnicking, fishing, and more. Pets are only permitted in designated areas. Please note dogs must be leashed at all times.
