Leashed furry friends are welcome at this million-acre forest, which runs from the south shore of Lake Superior to the Wisconsin border and features tons of hiking trails, wildlife viewing opportunities and beautiful views. Dogs must be leashed at all times, cleaned up after, and are not permitted in swimming areas.
